Our IP domain knowledge of documents and ability to upload directly to any IP Asset and Electronic Document Management systems differentiate us from commoditized scanning services. Whether your needs are simply ADHOC or perpetual, we can accommodate them on a short or long term basis. IP•OSITY is based in the Bay Area with offices worldwide.

Ship

You ship your documents to us in standard or legal size banker boxes, and we prep and scan a wide range of standardized and custom paper documents into searchable PDF, JPG or TIFF.

OCR

We OCR and extract meta data from a wide range of standardized and custom documents as well as electronic documents (i.e. emails and images). We name files and save documents in defined folders. We receive electronic documents via our Secure FTP site.

Upload

At no charge, we upload your digital IP into your preferred IP Asset Management and provide you with secure access for QA and review 24/7. We will return converted documents to you on DVD's, via a secure FTP site, or ship to your preferred location.
